The service and your agreement

These terms apply to Vikas Editor at vikaseditor.pro. Questions, order issues and account requests can be sent to yzshi123@gmail.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not submit requests or purchase credits.

Vikas Editor is an independent AI creation tool. It is not affiliated with Editing by Vikas or any social-media creator whose name may appear in a style discussion.

What the editor provides

The editor transforms a reference photo using an editable preset or your own prompt, and can turn an uploaded photo or a completed image into a short video. Video requests currently use an approximately five-second, 580p model setting; actual dimensions depend on the source. Clips have no generated music, captions, VN codes, CapCut projects or beat matching.

Templates and example illustrations are starting points. They are not a promise that your upload will produce an identical result. AI can change faces, hands, clothing, text and motion. Inspect the result before publishing; we do not guarantee exact identity, factual accuracy, uniqueness or suitability for a particular purpose.

Accounts and permission to upload

Use the service only if you are an adult able to enter this agreement. Keep your credentials secure and contact us if your account is used without permission. You are responsible for the requests made through your account, subject to rights provided by applicable law.

Only upload images you own or are authorized to edit and transmit to the AI providers. Obtain the necessary permission from people depicted, including a parent or guardian where required. You retain your rights in your uploads and give us the limited permission needed to transmit and process them to fulfill your request. Processing involves Fal and its model providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Prohibited use

Do not use the editor for unlawful content, impersonation, fraud, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or infringement of privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not sexualize minors or submit content that exploits them. Do not bypass safeguards, steal accounts, interfere with the service, or use automated access that evades limits. Label AI-generated content where law or the platform you publish on requires it.

Credit packs and generation charges

The pricing page shows the credit packs currently offered and whether checkout is available. Prices are in USD unless checkout explicitly states another currency. Packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Purchased pack credits do not expire; separate promotional grants may have their own disclosed conditions.

The current editor charges 10 credits per image and 40 credits per video. Generating an image and then animating it uses two requests and 50 credits. The cost is shown before submission. You may use a preset unchanged or write your own instructions; a custom style still uses the same generation charge.

Credits are for using this service, are not cash, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Payment providers process purchases. We may change future offers or generation prices with clear disclosure before a new purchase or request; changes do not retroactively increase charges on a submitted task or silently cancel purchased balances.

Failures, uncertain submissions and refunds

A confirmed technical generation failure restores that task's credits. Restoration can require reopening the task while recovery completes. If a submission is uncertain, keep the task ID and contact support: the system does not automatically submit another paid request or declare the original charge refunded without confirmation.

A completed file that you dislike is not, by itself, a technical failure. Payment refunds are separate from restoring generation credits. For a duplicate purchase, incorrect charge, missing credits, an unusable result, or an unused-credit refund request, email us from your account address with the order or task ID and a short description. Do not send card credentials. We review the payment, task and credit records and explain the available resolution; there is no automated cash-refund button or unconditional satisfaction guarantee. Approved payment refunds are processed through the relevant payment provider and may require reversing related credits. Nothing in these terms excludes refund or consumer rights that applicable law requires.

Downloads, output rights and retention

Download files you want to keep. Provider-hosted result links can expire; the service does not promise permanent storage. Removing a completed history item hides it and clears its result link in our application; it does not delete third-party copies or all financial and task records.

You may use outputs only to the extent allowed by applicable law, third-party rights and the relevant provider terms. We do not claim ownership of your source photos or promise exclusive copyright, clearance of every depicted mark, or permission for every commercial use. You are responsible for checking rights before publication or sale. Adding music later requires your own authorization for that music.

Suspension, account closure and service changes

We may restrict access to address fraud, harmful content, security incidents or serious violations. We may also change or discontinue features. Where practical, we will give notice of material service changes and provide a way to raise unresolved paid-credit or order issues.

To request account closure or deletion, email yzshi123@gmail.com from your account address. This is currently a support process, not a settings-page button. We may verify ownership and retain records required for payment disputes, security or legal obligations. Mention unused paid credits or open orders so they can be reviewed before closure.

Responsibility and updates

Availability and AI results depend in part on third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for indirect losses from relying on an output. These limits do not remove mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We will update the date above when terms change and give additional notice where appropriate. The terms presented for a purchase and applicable law govern that purchase; a later website update does not automatically rewrite settled transactions. Contact yzshi123@gmail.com to report an issue.
