Generation or credit problem

Include your task ID or order number, the account email and a brief explanation. For a pending or uncertain generation, keep the existing task and ask us to check it before submitting another request. A confirmed technical generation failure restores the task credits. Cash refunds are reviewed separately; see the Terms of Service.

Privacy or account request

To request a data copy, correction, account closure or deletion, write from the email used for your account. Tell us what you need and mention any open order or unused paid balance. We may ask you to verify account ownership. See the Privacy Policy for retention and provider-processing limits.

Never send passwords, API keys or full payment-card details. Send only the information needed to investigate, and redact personal information from screenshots. You do not need to send another copy of your photo with an initial support request.
