Photo to video: credits, downloads and failed requests

Understand the 40-credit short-video request, the 50-credit photo-plus-video workflow, and what to do when a task does not finish.

Photo to video: credits, downloads and failed requests

One photo, a short silent clip

Switch the editor to Photo to video. You can upload a photo directly or animate a completed image from your history. The video mode has 12 motion prompts, and Other style lets you write your own instructions. Start with one clear motion, such as a gentle camera push or a small smile.

The current request uses 81 frames at 16 fps, approximately five seconds, with the model's 580p setting. Actual dimensions depend on the source. It does not generate music, captions, VN codes or a CapCut project. Add licensed audio and further edits in your preferred video editor after downloading.

How many credits does it use?

A video request uses 40 credits. If you upload a photo directly, there is no separate image-generation charge. If you first create a photo edit and then animate that result, the image request uses 10 and the video uses 40: 50 credits in total.

Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Purchased pack credits do not expire. See current packs and checkout availability; the editor displays the generation cost before submission.

If the task is pending or uncertain

Open the existing task to check its status. Do not keep submitting the same request with new task IDs. An uncertain submission means a final provider confirmation is missing; it is not an automatic refund or proof that no generation was started.

Keep the task ID and contact support if you need help. A confirmed technical failure restores task credits. A completed clip you dislike is not the same as a technical failure, and a cash refund for a purchase is a separate review under the Terms of Service.

Keep your own copy

Play the whole clip, including the ending, and inspect the face, hands, motion and background before sharing. Output links can expire. Download a copy instead of relying on history as permanent storage.
